End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement governs your use of PurePhone Smart Cleaner, provided by AD BUSINESS OPERATIONS d.o.o., Ribnjak 40, 10000 Zagreb, Grad Zagreb, Croatia. By downloading or using the app, you agree to this EULA and applicable App Store terms.

2. License

Subject to this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PurePhone Smart Cleaner for personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Restrictions

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the app except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.

4. App functionality

PurePhone Smart Cleaner may help you review storage, photos, videos, and other supported content. You remain responsible for reviewing items before confirming deletion or other cleanup actions. Availability may vary by device, iOS version, permissions, and region.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

If the app offers paid features or subscriptions, eligible purchases are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system and are subject to the applicable App Store purchase and subscription terms.

6. Privacy

Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy. The policy describes the information practices applicable to PurePhone Smart Cleaner.

7. Updates and availability

We may provide updates or change features from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature on every device or in every location.

8. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in this EULA limits consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Termination

This license remains effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the app.

10. Apple

Apple is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the app or its content. Your use of the app must comply with applicable App Store terms. Where required by those terms, Apple and its subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries of this EULA.
